LOL,LOL,LOL You think your the only one thats lQQked into a mirror lately. I've seen my mother, my brothers, my sister and every canine I've ever resided with through my growth. We are the conglomeration the coagulation the assimilation of all that we are and we are beautiful 8-). What do you think of my smile :?
You have no idea how much this made me smile, Sherry. Thank you for that. My 3 dogs are all more beautiful or handsome than I am. I can't help smiling and chuckling at this moment! This post made my day.
I have to say the same about my cats, even Pandora, my old lady. She's about 75 in human years, I think. She's getting a little bony in the hip (wish I could say that) but she's still beautiful.
I think it's because they just "are" with no concern for vanity. Think of the people you've known who are without vanity and who live their lives outside of themselves. They tend to be beautiful at any age.
i remembering walking my dog and someone asking what kind he was and i happened to mention that i have heard that he and i looked similar, and this pedestrian said something to the effect of, 'oh, no. you don't look anything alike. he's beautiful!' :) by the way, i responded to your comment at my place that your writing inspired my favorite part my most recent piece. so please keep channeling that true beauty of yours into making art becuz i live to read your shit these days.
