Easter Rising




A Hallelujah Chorus of birdsong
a buzz of hummingbird wings at the feeder
three brown horses leaning over the fence for apples
three happy dogs on the lawn in the sun

hearts rise

angels bend near to hear
the joy of Easter
rising
in our hearts.


Wishing you all a happy Easter, a wonderful Passover, joy in whatever you might be celebrating in your part of the world, as the long-awaited spring of 2015 unfurls its blossoms. A celebration all in itself.

    Happy Easter to you Sherry. We were greeted by nature today as well. Even the birds and squirrels seemed to sing (or chirp) their sweet thanksgiving to the sun.
