So lovely to really see all the wonderful things around one and appreciate them, Sherry. I have little sunbirds coming to the flowering bush outside my window and I am always thrilled to see them up close.
today on my walk, a humbird came *right up* to me - perhaps my orange ball cap? - and hovered over my right ear - actually over the right side of my skull - for a few seconds, before flitting off. it was so cool :) I'm glad you shared your blessings here, too, Sherry ~
take pictures with your eyes and embrace with our hearts these wondrous treasures. i hope that we can preserve and convince the cynics of how this all can become fleeting if continued carelessness.
Yep, we all are....if we only look!
