Yellow fields waving in the breeze,
bees busy in the blooms;
oil and honey for the winter.
The nine dragons roar.
Under the waterfall,
symphony of fire.
Under the rim of his douli,
his dark eyes gleam.
Tonight, his secret promise.
for Hannah's prompt at Real Toads: the rapeseed (canola) fields of Luoping.
The cascading waterfall's name Jiulong is translated as nine dragons.
A douli is the conical bamboo hat worn throughout Asia.
Beautiful!
