A Weird Little Troll

Norwegian hand made trolls at

A weird little troll
was perched on a knoll,
singing: "Aye-de-aye-de-aye-de-
aye-de-ay."

Said the little troll,
speaking from her very soul:
"About weird,
that is all I have to say."

LOL. for Sumana's prompt at Midweek Motif: weird.  I  have already written my definitive poem about weirdness here, so this is the best I could do.

  5. So cute - your poem and the troll. I remember my sister (or was it my daughter-can't remember) having a troll doll that was all the rage.

  7. Thank heavens there are those in the world that are different that will take "the road less traveled". Luckily my whole family is weird! Hope you are getting a commission from Shop at Norway!

  9. I'm intrigued by the definitive poem about weird and shall track it down! Question is are the trolls weird or the people who see them..as someone with a permanent little troll (sorry alice) - i hope it's just charmingly eccentric!
